We are pleased to announce that we have a new investment manager: Tjeerd Boomgaard. With 5 years of experience in M&A and restructuring, he will be actively involved in both the acquisition process and in supporting the growth of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2 Capital Partners, Tjeerd started his career at PwC where he completed a Deals traineeship focusing on Deals Strategy&, Delivery Deal Value (DDV), Valuations and Financial Due Diligence. He then moved to the restructuring team where he specialised in the execution of high-profile (operational-, financial- and asset) restructuring projects in distressed situations.
Tjeerd holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Groningen and is currently deepening his expertise through an Executive Master’s programme in Valuation and M&A at VU Amsterdam and the University of Groningen.
