On Friday, September 6th, the purchase agreement was signed in which Solvo Group, owner of PS Calamiteiten and Corocor B.V., takes over Holland Herstel Groep B.V. in Uden. With this acquisition, Holland Herstel Groep becomes a full-fledged sister company of PS Calamiteiten, which has been active for 5 years in reconditioning and damage restoration, and since December 2023, also in technical reconditioning and preventive maintenance. Ureco, previously part of Holland Herstel Groep, is not included in the acquisition.

The acquisition of Holland Herstel Groep by Solvo Group marks an important step in the growth and development of PS Calamiteiten, as announced in June of last year.
